ECOWAS reacts

Who is Alpha Conde?
Conde was dismissed on September 5. He was confined during the upset.
Conde originally came to control in 2010, during Guinea’s first equitable races since freedom from France in 1958.
Last year, Conde pushed for a protected mandate to make it workable for him to look for a third term in office. This prompted enormous exhibitions which regularly turned savage.
